Product Returns

The present Agreement covers every sale that is made through the E-shop hosted by the www.hartiko.gr site. Any deviation from this Agreement must be confirmed by the business responsible in writing. Any other Agreement is strictly forbidden. We would like to remind you that the use of any part or the whole of this website equals the full acceptance on your part of its general terms of use, as these are described in detail in the Terms of Use section. Every order shipment equals full acceptance on your part of the present Agreement and all its terms.

Product Returns & Customers’ Rights
In order to ensure the safety of our orders, our packaging is prepared in the best possible way. In case the packaging of the order you receive has been damaged do not accept the order. You need to inform us immediately- and in conjunction with our courier service provider – we will take all necessary steps to ensure that your order is replaced. If you choose to check the content of the packaging upon receipt and realize that it is intact and in accordance with your placed order, you can then accept the delivery at your responsibility, without any further action needing to be taken from either side (the Company or the Customer).
You have the right to return your purchased products, without any damage and without being obliged to explain the reasons for the return, within a time frame of 10 working days from the day of receipt. In this case you are only charged with the shipping expenses covering the return of the products. You may return the items either by post or personally at our company’s offices. We accept returns of items when these are at the same state they were when you first received them, which means that they have not been unsealed or their packaging has not been opened. In order to avoid any inconvenience it is recommended that you check the quantity, type and intactness of the product(s) packaging upon receipt of your order, so as to be able to spot possible faults in time (i.e. broken or wrong items).
Before proceeding with the return, you need to inform us of your decision by sending us an e-mail (order@hartiko.gr) within the above mentioned 10 working days, stating the item (article & description) with which you want the returnable item to be replaced. Within the same time-frame you need to have proceeded with the return of the item to the company. There are no refunds for returns but the replacement with an item if equal value. In case the item replacing the one which has been returned is of higher value then you will be charged with the price difference which can be paid either by COD (if the items is sent by post) or by cash when you pick up the item from our offices.
The replacement will be completed within 20 days from the day we receive the returned item(s).
The current agreement in no way affects any customers’ legislative rights.
