Shipping Terms – Prices – Product Delivery
All orders are handled within the day or the next working day, at the very latest.
Products will be shipped to the address provided by the Customer while placing the order, by our courier service provider.
If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, you need to first deposit the amount of the corresponding order – in a bank account which will be specified*- and you will receive your order by courier service.In this case you will be charged only for the shipment (not COD).

Our products can be shipped anywhere in Greece and in Eyrope / including Cyprus & Albania, as long as there is no particular reason or obstacle to do so. The delivery time depends on the destination and availability of the products.
All orders registered in our system are usually shipped in Greece, within 1-3 working days. Deliveries are made Monday-Friday 9.00 a.m.-19.00 p.m.

In case you wish to receive your order at a specific time or within a specific time-frame i.e. Morning delivery until 10.00a.m. or Saturday delivery, there is a small charge which is not calculated by our system during checkout and equals 2,50€.

For delivery on the same day as the order registration the cost is 10€. 

For any European country, shipping takes 3-6 working days.

Shipping costs for NORMAL deliveries are made available to the Customer during the placement of the order.

For orders shipped within Attica:
Delivery time: 1-3 working days

0-2kg - Shipping costs:

For orders over 2kg shipping is FREE of charge

For orders of value over 40€ shipping is FREE of charge 

For orders shipped outside Attica- the rest of Greece – Less accessible areas:
Delivery time: 2-3 working days

0-2kg - Shipping costs:

For orders over 2kg shipping is FREE of charge

For orders of value over 50€ shipping is FREE of charge 

For orders shipped to Europe:

Delivery time: 3-6 working days

Terms of payment: E-PAYMENT / PAY PAL

The shipping cost depends on the exact weight of the products, which will be automatically calculated by the system.

-200gr: 6,00 euros

-500gr: 8,00 euros

-1kg:12,00 euros

-2kg:16,00 euros

For orders of value over 90€ shipping is FREE of charge

Our Company reserves the right to alter the above stated prices, in case such alterations are made by the courier service provider. There will, however, be a corresponding written and timely update of our website.
The Company, while subject to force majeure situations such as those described below, will make every effort to ship the products as soon as possible. It is also possible, after consulting with the Customer, to offer a partial shipment of an order.
In case you wish to add items to your already placed order, please contact us by phone, in order to enable us to proceed with a complete shipment and to avoid charging you shipping costs twice.
Ownership of the items shipped is transferred upon full order payment, while risk is transferred upon delivery.
*Please contact us via e-mail (info@hartiko.gr) or by phone at 210.4172613 so we can provide you with all the necessary details for the Bank Transfer.
Force Majeure

The Company is not responsible for delays in performance (including delivery) due to circumstances not attributable to its fault or due to force majeure. In such cases, the Company is entitled to a time extension in order to execute the order. Indicative examples of force majeure consist of: strikes, terrorist acts, wars, suppliers’ delays, fluctuations of monetary rates, government or legislative acts and natural disasters. If any of the above cases last more than 30 days the present Agreement can be broken by any of the parties involved without compensation.
